Shipping Policy

Chinook Footwear orders that are in stock will typically be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days of receiving the order. Allow for longer lead times during the holidays. If for some reason an item is out of stock, (very rarely) You will receive an email notification, and your payment method will then be refunded in full, which can take anywhere from 1-8 business days for the charge or authorization to drop off. You will receive an email shipment confirmation once your order is shipped, including order details and tracking information. Chinook offers shipping to all states within the contiguous United States or "Lower 48"(Excluding Alaska and Hawaii) for a flat rate of $12 for UPS Ground shipping. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii will be arranged per customer, once we establish the best shipping method and price. Feel free to call us with questions. UPS Ground delivers in approximately 1-5 business days excluding weekends and holidays in the continental US. Note: UPS Ground can take longer during the busy holiday season. UPS will not ship to Post Office Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a street address so that your package can arrive safely. Please Note: Chinook Footwear is not responsible for the theft or loss of parcels or packages that have been delivered to the destination. For packages lost or stolen AFTER delivery, we encourage you to work with your local law enforcement authorities, and/or your homeowners or renters’ insurance to report and file claims or cases as needed.
